We accept electronic referrals via secure messaging. Please send to our clinic (organisation) mailbox—not individual doctors—so we can triage quickly and avoid misdirected referrals.

Tip: Many GP systems default to searching by surname. Please switch to Organisation and search “Azure Health – Telehealth (Melbourne)”, or use our HealthLink EDI: AZUREHx

Best Practice
- Address Book → Find → set Search by = Organisation.
- Type Azure Health – Telehealth (Melbourne) and select the entry showing HealthLink or Medical-Objects.
- Add to Address Book and Favourite it.

What to include
- Patient health summary (including allergies/adverse reactions, current medications, active and inactive past history)
- Patient identifiers (Medicare/DVA, DOB, mobile, email)
- Referrer details (provider no., location)
